Terms

In bringing in your computer for maintenance or repair, I understand and agree to the following:

  • Valley IT does not accept responsibility for any damage to the computer's hardware or peripheral devices.
  • Valley IT does not accept responsibility for backing up any data or installed software applications that may be on the computer's hard drive. You are responsible for making sure that any critical data is backed up before bringing in your computer and for providing copies of any licensed software if necessary.
  • You acknowledge that Valley IT will work on your computer as soon as possible after bringing it in.
  • You understand that when you bring in your system for repair and/or work that you will be charged a minimum of 1 hour work on the computer.
  • When you pick up the computer, you will make sure that you also pick up all peripheral devices and media, and will not hold Valley IT responsible for the subsequent loss of any items that you may leave behind.
  • Valley IT will work on my computer to the best of their abilities; however Valley IT does not guarantee that it will be able to solve the problem or problems that your computer is experiencing.
  • Valley IT will call or email you when the service is finished, at which point you will have 2 weeks to pick up your computer unless otherwise agreed upon. If you do not pick up your computer in the allotted time, it becomes the sole property of Valley IT.
